5. People often wear snow .......... when walking on snow. This is a type of footwear that is specially made so that people don't fall into deep snow areas. It's very difficult to walk in such areas without this kind of footwear.

6. Winter time pictures are so beautiful. I like looking at mountain pictures that contain snow .......... mountain peaks. In fact, some peaks are so high that they have snow on their tips all year round.

7. Make sure that you wear protective eyewear when you go skiing or you might experience snow ..........ness. That happens when your eyes are exposed to the sun's rays that are reflected off of the snow.

8. It sure snowed a lot last night. I can tell because of the huge snow .......... that have accumulated in the ditches on the side of the roads.

9. My friends like to build snowmen and throw snow .......... . in the winter time.

10. When it snows, my father goes out and shovels our sidewalks. It's a lot of work. But, this year, he bought a motorized snow .......... that removes the snow from the walks for him. All he has to do is push the thing.
